This Privacy Policy sets out how the app Bluma ("we," "us," or "the app") uses and protects your personal data that you generate and store within the app.

Data Use

Bluma does not collect personal information or usage data. Bluma stores data related to your menstrual health only on your device, and this includes:

• Period start and end dates
• Cycle length and period duration
• Health data: symptoms, moods, menstrual flow, vaginal discharge, sexual activity and basal body temperature
• Notes
• App preferences

This data is used solely to provide you with period predictions, cycle insights, and personalized tracking features. We do not share, sell, or transmit your personal health data to any third parties, and it cannot be accessed by the app developer.

Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete all data through Settings → Delete Data
• Uninstalling the app also removes all data
• Data deletion is immediate and permanent

Permissions

Bluma may request the following permissions:

Reminders: To send you period and fertility-related reminders.

Biometric authentication: To secure your app with your device's biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition).

• Biometric data is processed by your device's operating system only
• Bluma never stores, collects, or has access to your biometric data
• This uses your device's built-in security features

If you don't want to use any of these permissions, you can revoke them at any time through your device settings.

No Third-Party Services

• No analytics or tracking services
• No advertising networks
• No cloud storage or backup services
• No third-party data processors

Data Retention

Your data is stored on your device indefinitely until you choose to delete it. We have no access to or knowledge of your data, so we cannot delete it from our end.
